Today, Robinson’s senior management ownership team consists of inspired individuals, each of whom has continued in the tradition of making important contributions to Robinson and the air movement industry.

Carl Staible
President and chief executive officer

Carl joined Robinson in 1979 and started the company’s repair and rebuild operation. In the late 1980s, Carl established himself as an integral part in the company’s burgeoning sales and was named vice president of sales in 1990. In 1995, Carl moved to Salt Lake City to run the 10,000-square-foot facility that is dedicated to rebuilding complete fan assemblies and repairing larger wheel and shaft assemblies. Carl returned to Zelienople to assume his current post in 2001.

Ron Marburger
Vice president of operations and treasurer

Ron joined Robinson in 1982 as an estimator/expeditor for the repair and rebuild operation. He was named vice president of operations and corporate secretary in 2003. In addition, Ron oversees Robinson’s safety committees and human resources department and has put together the company’s training and human resource guidelines.
